Smack talk gone wrong

Racist were fuming when Johnson was the champion. You didn't see this happen again until Obama became the president.

 

Idk man, there was a guy in the 60s called Martin who annoyed a few racists.

 

Hopkins insisting he'd never let a white boy beat him, then gets schooled by Calzaghe and KO'd by Smith.

It was hilarious to see racist Bernard get his ass beat after running his mouth. LOL

 

Racists are often fuming, that's kinda one of their favorite things to do. I do think Johnson being champion is probably the biggest they've ever fumed (is that word? I'm saying its a word) in regards to sports although I'm certainly not an expert in the history of all sports so if anyone has an example that was worse than the reactions to Johnson holding the belt I'd be down to hear it. From my understanding there were riots and lynchings after Johnson fights, I can't think of any other sporting event that comes close to that.

 

Wasn't so much of him " smack talking" ( But he did that too) But he and his corner had a choreographed dance routine right before the fight started....
Only for him to get koed in the very 1st rd......
By a 2nd-3rd rate fighter who's biggest claim to fame was knocking him out....
