Yeah but explain the size trends. Bigger guys = inordinately high loss by KO ratios. Smaller guys = almost 180 degrees different. :huh
Also, I'm a bit surprised to come back almost 24 hours since hitting "submit" and finding this at two pages. I thought you *******s would ignore it like half my threads.
Ghana was a slave trading nation. They sold slaves to other countries. However, the slaves were mostly prisoners of war from other nations.
Hey, that's alright. I think every single one of my posts ends up at the very bottom of the page. Still no answers from my end other than "we're just tough, that's all, not fat AmeriKKKan U$ like you, futon. revolution, my ass!" which didn't really strike me as good scientific data.
If I'm correct - which I may not be - of the guys you've mentioned alone, they have a combined 428 fights and only 11 stoppage losses between them.
Being built more compact actually takes advantage of the physics of the human body in relation to the density and strength of bone and muscle. Take for example gymnasts, all are short but built very stout. Taller people cannot excel at gymnastics, the physics of the body from being tall means increased stress on the joints as well as much much greater difficulty in the gymnastic movements due the increased demands on required energy to complete the movement As for having a strong chin, having a short and/or thick neck is generally seen as being advantageous, the Ghanian fighters all tend to have that Being thickly built can be a sign of a good chin they have that as well Having a large and thick skull can also be a marker check that as well Also consider, in Ghana to excel at the pro level you have to win enough fights to make it out of the country so to speak Guys that are more susceptible to being KOed are not going to make it as boxers in Ghana. Ghana is not exactly a boxing hotbed However, lets surmise that you have an excellent chin. You win your fights perhaps not by just boxing, but by outlasting your opponent. The Ghana fighters that have lousy to average chins lose to the fighters that have equal skillsets but better chins Remember that Ghana is not a large country, so all of the boxers within Ghana inevitably end up facing each other, So what comes out of Ghana like I said is the best of the best due to the competitive factors
Ok so it'd take a freak with a sixth digit to 'count them on two hands' as I originally stated. So sue me!
I was gonna make a thread about Agbeko vs Darchinyan but i figured i'd wait till i had uploaded Agbeko's entire last fight. but since you posted this here are rounds 1-2.
