Too tall, same as Sandy Saddler or Alexis Arguello.

Naoya Inoue, even though still fresh, deserves a mention.

You know, I think the first time I ever really heard this guy's name was when I looked up KO percentages of fighters. Not sure I've ever seen him mentioned on ESB. Is he that good a puncher, or are his opponents just sub-par?

He's a can crusher, nothing more. People joke about him being the best ever the way they used to joke about "Sugar" Nikolai Valuev being the heavyweight Ray Robinson.

Haha, I just checked out a video of him on Youtube basically just blindly coming forward throwing shots to the body, not even jabbing or anything. I'll keep an eye on him though, be funny to see him get KTFO.

For my purposes, he's a bit too tall.

I know it's kind of a silly thread idea, but I was around a bunch of my diminutive relatives recently and was wondering if there were any boxers who were similar height (around five foot) but who could still punch a hole through you. To me a really big guy who can punch hard is not all that impressive, but a half pint like Ivan Calderon for example (can he bang?) that is just really cool to see.

    Thanks for the responses

Plenty of small fighters who can teally bang mentioned here.
Most pro journeymen that are small 5'3" still hit harder than most men who are much bigger. Youd be surprised at the power of a top little man

Jeff fenech from oz was small and could bang a bit. In his spare time he used to ko bouncers and rugby league players
