Agreed all around. PBF far superior in ring smarts. Perhaps the greatest ever. PBF vs Bernard would be a more appropriate poll...
LMAO. I hope you don't believe what you are saying. Henerdaz was the man at 130 and floyd made him quit in his 18th pro fight. Castillo was the man at 135 beating Corrales, and Casamayor and Floyd beat him twice. 140 Gatti was being praise as the new boxer/puncher and Floyd murdered him. 147 Judah was the man with unfortunate baldomir, and floyd beat them both, Oscar was rated number 1 at 154 and Floyd beat him in a tiny ring and Oscar prolly cheated with some hand wrapping like he tried with manny. Back to 140 Floyd beat an undefeated Hatton. Yes Roy's resume shits on Floyds alright. Roy was the man at 160, 168, 175 but against soft champs in a soft division. Ruiz was the weakest heavyweight, Johnson and Tarver made Jones their *****. End of story.:deal
Primed Castillo whom he arguably lost to in the first fight and had a close encounter with in the rematch, though a clear win. Anyone who thinks Roy has that kind of night with a Castillo level fighter needs a lobotomy. And do you realize the rest of the guys you're calling "primed" outside of Corrales and Hatton (in relative terms) were B level fighters at best? You're sitting here calling guys like Montell Griffin, Virgil Hill, Mike McCallum, etc nobodies despite the fact that half the guys you named were clearly a level or two below them, even the version of McCallum Roy got. You're not going to change my opinion by giving me a completely biased and half-assed look at their opposition. I have that down. Roy's opponents were clearly the better fighters, and he beat them MUCH more impressively than Floyd. Roy was the far superior fighter. End of.
Hernandez was at the very end of his career when he took on Floyd, far removed from his prime. Tliang is showing his ignorance yet again, just as he did when he posted vids of himself sparring expecting people to be impressed. At least he learned from that mistake by removing all existing footage of himself. Let's hope he learns from this in a similar manner by removing himself from the conversation.
Floyd by a wide stretch. Floyds game like Hopkins will allow him to continue fighting well beyond is prime if he so chose too. Roy was never technically gifted and relied on his superior athleticism, speed and strength.
did i say Hendraz was primed? Don't get angry at the facts bro. Yeah Corrales, and Castillo were b levels in a division that fights everyone in the mix of Fretias, Casamayor who all went on becoming champs are B LEVELs while Hill or Mcallum are better comp oh plz. Give me in detail how the light heavy division was competitive.
You are clearly a dumbass. Roy Avoided fighters in Castillo's caliber. and still manages to lose to a slow and clumsy tarver, and a slow out of prime pressure Johnson. Good one bro! ur really smart. Hell Oscar handled a prime tito while Jones couldn't put a dent against an ex welter.
