What do you mean fighting fighters best suited for Floyds assets? Floyd fought nearly every style of fighter out there. From come forward brawlers, to boxer punchers. The only fighter Floyd missed was a high octane Mosley esq fighter. Other then that, his resume consists of a wide range of styles.

While I agree that Floyds resume isnt as good as Roys, there are very few active fighters today that could match it. Hopkins and Roy and thats it.

So many flaws in this post, where do I begin?

1 = Jones is FAR more superior than PBF? You're :smoke no one is FAR more superior than PBF. A little more superior than PBF yes, but FAR, no!

2 = Glenn Johnson & Antonio Tarver are bums? :patsch:patsch:patsch

3 = Jones dominated Tito worse than any other fighter? :patsch I huess you didn't see Tito fight Winky or Hopkins! :-:)verysad

4 = PBF only fought 1 fighter in each divison best suited for his assets? :patsch I guess you forgot about all his fights @ 130 & 135.

5 = Take away his division hopping & his resume aint $hit? :patsch
    I guess his division hoping from 135 to 140, from 140 to 147, from 147 to 154 made him an ATG at 130 & 135? :patsch:patsch:patsch

CONCLUSION: YOU FAILED SO MANY TIMES IN THIS POST!

Don't get me wrong. I love roy jones. I think he is right behind Jones in amazing talents. Floyd's welter weight accomplishment isn't **** and that his main is 130 while Jones is 175. Outside of that Jones didn't do much in middle, super middle or heavy. Floyd didn't do much outside of 130lbs. Who have fought more primed opponents would have to go to Floyd. Roy is more physically gifted in power. Jones' style consist of a lot of flash but had the power to back it up while Floyd is more calculated and conservative. He knows when to be fast, when to be accurated.

Hopkins, and his superior boxing brain, lost to Jones without any controversy.

That's where your wrong man. Jones MW reign was when he was green as well. Beating a green Hopkins is far superior than beating Chavez and Hernandez.

Jones' best work was at 168 and 175.
For Floyd that would be his 135 and 140 reigns respectively.

Jones' beat Hill, Griffin, and Toney...and beat the **** outta them
Floyd beat Corrales (his best win) , Castillo who he struggled with, and ****in Gatti...Gatti?...Really??!! :-( That's about on par as Jones' domination of Pazienza

Jones' beating Ruiz is on par with Floyd's win over Oscar...but seeing as how Roy completely dominated Ruiz and got himself a UD rather than SD Roy gets the bump.

Do I seriously need to continue. Floyd has a great resume but it's nowhere near the level of RJJ.

Had RJJ retired after the Ruiz fight, Roy would be regarded much higher...but that was his ultimate mistake. He didn't know when to hang em up. :verysad

I live in stupid montgomery AL. BTW you can't say this fighter is better than the other especially if they are in different weights. That is ridiculous the only thing you can take is their accomplishments and their condition at the time. What is your number we'll figure something out.

Come on and kick my ass for everyone to see. I don't care if i win or lose. Anyone who dares to do this sport should not be criticized imo. if you kick my ass i will pay for ur plane ticket.
