How about you come to me and if you kick my ass I'll not only post how you owned me, but pay for your flight as well...but don't go buying a ****in' first class ticket and ****...This is boxing (regardless of sparring etc.) and anything can happen, I wont make the mistake of over looking you, but at the same token I'm quite confident I can get you outta there in 6. I'm barely making enough money to pay bills and get food and gas...let alone buy a plane ticket. My schedule doesnt allow for such a ridiculous trip either... So if you would like to come down here to Cali that would be great. If my reply seems tardy then I'm sorry...I guess:huh...:good
Im not stupid enough to hand my phone number over to some silly ass dude over the internet. If we can't arrange a meeting, I'll simply record a sparring session of my own and put it up and we can have ESB tell us who is better and who would win :good
Floyd is smarter. Floyd's body was falling a part, he could not perform at the level he has been, if he continued like that. RJJ is stupid. Now, listen. I am a fan of Both, more so RJJ. I believe RJJ was the better fighter and accomplished more, but I also think Floyds accomplishments good as well. That said, Floyd had the smarts to retire and not be drawn into things by virtue of his ego. RJJ just could not do this, even when it was evident that he was NOT the same fighter. He said after the first Tarver fight if he can't get a tyson fight, he is done. But he was too stuck in his past to see how far he fall off. Also, RJJ does have ring intelligence. People are going about like the man was one dimensional. He was dynamic and had a brilliant ring intelligence. He knew what he was doing with what he had. You can see his boxing mind when he did commentary for HBO. He was spot on often and knew what he was talking about. With that said, I will give Floyd this one. He obviously was schooled with better technical ring smarts, but don't make it seem like RJJ was 1 dimensional. RJJ has a good high guard defense (but Floyd's defensive style is a 100% better of course, but this is what he is known for), there are other issues with him. He doesn't have the confidence he once had, he doesn't seem to put into his punches all the power he did before -- of course his reflexes, legs, and speed eroded.
First of all.... I am not the one who criticizes people who posted their hobbies. As a matter of fact. I would never criticize anyone who wants to fight as a hobby. You said u wanna kick my ass. You would prolly beat me up so you will get a free trip. Is only 2 hour fly over here. You can do it on the weekend. So come and do it. NUMBER so we can work out how we can do this. I pay, You pay who flys, and make sure that you an ok guy and not some bum is important too. NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
your a up coming boxer and fighter, criticism comes as part of the sport. If you can't hang with it, then I suggest you stop now and take up dance, although I'm sure you'd be challenging people to dance off's as well judging from your overly emotional responses. The challenge was a bit of a joke, but seeing as how eager you were I went along with it because I see no problem in taking you on...but the distance is quite a problem. Again...no...I'm not handing over my number to some random person over the internet...such an act would be stupid beyond reason. I have no idea who the **** you are or what your capable of doing with my phone number. Instead, we shall settle this in the aforementioned scenario. I shall record a sparring session and put it up. AFterwards, we will have ESB decide who was better :good:hat
I dont want to talk about this for everyone to see in a thread that is not related to us. You can call me. so you don't have to give ur number to some silly guy who YOU CHALLENGED by the way.
