One of the posters here called the NSAC asking if they were going to do anything about Adelaide Byrd's ludicrous 118-110 card for Canelo. Bob Bennett apparantly replied
" No ,Adelaide is one of my best judges maybe she just had a bad night" & laughed.
    I rest my case

If someone wins by 1 round, and 80% of people say he won. Then no matter how small the gap, if the boxer doesnt get the win, its a robbery.
You are robbing that fighter a win on his record, which he trained like crazy for, and put his health on the line to win.
This isnt football when you are keep your earnings as high with one loss, Boxers can lose a huge chunk of there purse for not being "undefeated" anymore.

Again, you're missing the point. I'm not denying that a large majority had GGG winning. I'm not even questioning the belief that GGG won. I'm asking you who landed more power punches, body shots etc. Those things usually go hand in hand with winning, so regardless of who you thought won, those things go against GGG not winning being a robbery.

You are ignoring what happened. Canelo beat GGG. Sorry, I know the truth hurts.

That's an interesting definition of a robbery. A robbery is when a fighter clearly wins but is denied victory.

also goes into winning is punches landed, which GGG did.

Landed 1 big shot that didnt phase GGG, doesnt win a round over 10-20 Jabs and slightly less catchy shots.
And on the defense side, GGG is a lot less eye catching defense which is around far more even than you state.

Youre either too dumb to see it or you dont care as long as your guy gets the "wins"

Fine, I have no problem with that. You think GGG won because he landed more punches. A very fair belief, but again he still got outlanded in terms of body shots, power punches, clean effective shots landed, etc.

And if 75% of critics have it a win for GGG then its a clear win.

if it was 55-45 i would understand, but 75-25 isnt even close.

Clearly more people having him winning isn't the same as more people having him winning clearly. Two different things, directly related to whether it's a robbery.

If it phased GGG and stopped the aggression, i'd give Canelo credit. But it didn't. GGG kept putting pressure on, and Canelo struggled with the pace as seen by him Gassing from round 4-9.

Even if you gave GGG rounds 4-9, Canelo still won rounds 1-3 & 10-12 which is as the very least a draw.
