Thought Macklin dictated well behind the jab early, but Varon landed far better shots in the last minute.

 

Gotta love Clev. Really looks the part to become a real star.

 

Macklin 5-2 Varon

Macklin looking a bit more lively in the 7th but not throwing too many shots. Macklin needs to be pumping the jab a little more to keep Varon off him. Varon can't seem to miss Macklin with a variety of shots, catching Macklin with a hard left hook in this round.
