So hes cruiserweight now lol. Was there atleast one photographer at the weigh in, i wanna see that fat b@s****.
If there's a penalty per overweight lbs I guess he could as well not take the fight since he probably makes too little off this to pay any fines.
That's pretty poor on Smith's part. Won't matter at all though in terms of the fight and it's quite a joke it's at catchweight anyway. Good point on if there is a penalty the fight may not be worth it for Smith. Too late to pull out now though probably - would wind up the few people that actually care and are going to this fight. Smith has no excuses. And if he moves up to cruiserweight he won't be scaring anybody atsch
Strange how he made the SMW weight twice against AA recently and now he can't even make LHW for Ward. He knows he's ****ed and didn't even bother.
It does seen ridiculous that small Smith was unable to make 172 however, the post on this website by that idiot Gilfroid is even more ridiculous. I mean who could make up **** like "Ward was his usual professional self in coming in at 171.8lbs, in easily making the 172lb catch-weight limit." Yeah because arbitrarily deciding a catch weight to come in at against a domestic level contender from the weight below is the height of professionalism... Who is next to challenge Ward for his 172lb title?
Smith is going to embarrass Ward in front of everyone at Oracle Arena. He came in professionally and tactically at 176 :happy:admin
No prob with that but pick a weight. 168 or 175. I'm tired of divas thinking that they call all the shots in boxing. Can we all also accept that after a long layoff he had no real intention of coming back against Froch in his first fight too?
