I call that the Decebal bet. "Well I think the fight is 70/30 in favour of so & so but I won't be surprised if either fighter wins".

I seemed to remember a fair bit of stick flying in Decebal's direction on Le Generale for something or other - I think daring to say that Pavlik would fail to beat Robinson, Hearns, Hagler and Leonard at the same time is a crime currently.

 

I've started a thread in the Lounge about him. I really do think he should return. He's a knowledgable poster he just got too uptight about some of the beefs he had with certain posters.

 

I get the feeling most of his "knowledge" is regurgitating a lot of what brooklyn has said, and Amsterdam in the past before he turned emo and claimed everybody else hugs Amsterdam in the most vile display of hypocrisy.

 

Maybe but he was at least enthusiastic about the board even if it was somewhat misguided at times. I think he should come back.

Yes that fateful day. He got his comeuppance though don't you think? He got taken apart from all sides & then left. I don't think he should feel as if he can't come back.

 

I don't think I'll do so well in this. I don't really have an indepth knowledge of some ranked British fighters, so its gonna be tough.
