stunned is the only way I can explain how I feel right now. no man. Fraizer is someone who I've always looked upto. Joe possibly going out like this is heartbreaking.

Frazier does not appear to have much time left. He really was not in good health prior to the cancer diagnosis. I wonder if Ali plans to visit Frazier. It would be nice to see Ali re-tract his uncle Tom and dumb comments to Frazier in person away from the press.

I think that nonsense is the last thing on Frazier`s mind tbh.

Ali should still visit him tho, they shared something special that will never be replicated in boxing.

It wouldn't surprise me if he was on his way there now. He was one of the first to visit Norton in the hospital when Ken got in the bad car crash.

While I hope in my heart that he can beat it, my head tells me that this is verry unlikley.

Survival rates for liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery are verry low, especialy for a man of Fraziers age.

    Good luck champ!

If Joe's illness could be personified, and it dared to lace 'em up and step in the ring with Joe, it wouldn't see the final bell.

Joe is a true warrior. Heart of a lion. Not an ounce of quit in him. That victory over Ali in FOTC is one of the greatest ever.

In the ring, Joe and Ali brought out the best in each other. Their fights are the stuff of legend.

I look at the insipid, modern heavyweight fights; and they seem to take place on a different planet to the mythological clashes that were Ali-Frazier I & III. Their blows rocked the 20th Century. Fight historians in 100 years will look back in awe at them giving their all.

Their rivalry helped to make each other great.
