Peter is too big and strong for Cooper.

Cooper was effective against Holyfield because Holyfield was too willing to trade blows with his opponent, and win with his extraordinary will. I believe if Cooper faced Holyfield later in Holyfield's career, the fight would not have been as good.

Peter would probably bully Cooper around the ring for the most part, and land the heavier blows.

Peter wins this. Cooper looked good against Holyfield and Moorer, but against bigger and stronger fighters he struggled. Peter by KO but in an entertaining battle.
