Vitali fights like a taller lesser version of Ali with his arm punches and leaning back hands down style. Leaning back with your hands down against a relentless left hooker is a bad recipe as Frazier proved against Ali. This is made for a relentless ducking and weaving Frazier whos would weave his way inside and put Vitali in backward gear and tag him over and over.

Vitali was never made to pay for his hands down style partly due to him not facing many of the top conenders of his era, although he did pay for it against Lewis getting half of his face ripped open. BUT against Frazier he would because of Frazier misses the first punch, he won't miss the follow up punches that will land cleanly.

Frazier UD 10-5 or even a late retirement or cuts stoppage

    This is easy.
Vitali was slow and I can“t even imagine that he could cope with Fraziers pressure and bobing and weaving. If frazier dropped Ali just imagine what he could do to Vitali that was very stiff and slow in his movements.
Frazier wins by knockout, no more than 3 rounds.

Yeah I'd go with that, although I think perhaps slightly closer.
