So, according to Canelo, even if he loses to Trout, he should get Floyd?

Angulo I can understand if terms are not met with Trout, you have to keep in mind Trout may not agree to the fight depending on whats offered he may want a rematch clause should he lose or may end up pricing himself out who knows.
So if Canelo goes with Angulo or Kirkland I see no problem with that, Cotto we have a big problem that fight should not happen at all. However regardless who he faces in May, if he ends up facing Floyd Mayweather Jr in Sept thats all that really matters, I would rather Canelo fight a Bum move on to fight Floyd, beat Floyds ass so that the public is left with ? marks about Floyd... perhaps rethinking his legacy at 140 and above

Canelo is full of ****. The only thing he wants is to make sure he gets a big payday. He knows he will probably lose to Trout and he wants to make sure that he can still make that big money with May. So he's willing to take two ass whoopins to get paid. If he can draw by himself then why in the **** is he sweating Mayweather? If he really wanted Mayweather, he would drop his funky ass down to 147 and get in line. That ***** ain't **** but a whineing ass wannabe. His ***** ass is about to be exposed and he knows it.:bbb

floyd has nothing to do with canelo alvarez and the wbc belt he holds captive. perhaps floyd doesnt want to fight at 154 anymore.

    then what?

why do canelo nuthuggers have to justify la perra corriendos existence around floyd mayweather? there is a live wba jmw belt holder(trout) that wants to unify, wtf does that have to with floyd mayweather? and now the excuse is that trout priced himself out? i got a bridge in brooklyn ill sell you if you are going to believe that ****.

    and no, angulo is garbage.

hes coming off a ko loss, seven months in prison and a horrible win over a ww.

and hes not top 10 ranked.

please tell me is there any champion in the last 30 years that has had four consecutive title defenses with not one of them being a ranked top ten fighter?

and you somehow justify angulo being a fifth to the list(i would love to see him fight kirkland but im sure that dlh remembers the morrison/mercer fight all too well)?

canelo fights a top ten jmw next or he gets **** on.

just like Doc said hes going to do.

    Fair post.

However, Canelo has had bad luck...

    -Williams
    -Kirkland
    -Ortiz
    -Cotto

Also, Canelo has been very vocal about steppig up in competition. I think the mistake comes in when GBP got him a title fight, too early imo.

    Williams: Bad Luck
    Kirkland: Money
    Ortiz: Lost
    Cotto: Lost

154 is a deep division right now and quite a few of the names are with GBP and only now after pressure from fans and media they are 'forced' to have him step up to his supposed 'champion' level.

Actually, it is an educated post. Just block out the cussing and fussing and its some real talk there. Now, I can and often do articulate is a more civil manner but my frame of mind wouldn't allow it.:bbb

exactly. if canelo wasnt a wbc titleholder there would be no hate.

as for your "bad luck" list,

williams was coming off a brutal one-punch ko loss and a thrashing by lara(there is no reason why canelo should title defense the loser of a fight lara-williams/molina-cintron as opposed to the winner)

kirkland- coming off arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder that would not have provided enough time for it to heal.

ortiz- horrible. he had never fought at 154(therefore not ranked) and had been previously ko'd...twice...at welterweight.

cotto-exposed by trout and wouldve been fighting his third fight in less than one year.

canelo and gbp had all the time in the world to make a "good luck" list by fighting

lara - everyone knows that he beat williams, so much that the boxing commision suspended all three judges, something that has never happened before(why did canelo choose to fight williams instead of lara? horrible).

molina- beat cintron(why did canelo fight cintron instead of molina? horrible).

any and all legit 154's as everyone is calling him out. just youtube the entire division.

please, dont try to defend canelo. ill rip you apart like i have everyone else here...including a moderator.

    ****ing torch theory.

canelo nuthuggers will think of everything to justify their excuses.

Again, the ONLY mistake in Canelo's camp was the title.

Canelo will accomplish more at his age when he does than the vast majority of champions in the last 25 years.

Mayweather should fight Trout and Canelo should fight Angulo. Trout vs Mayweather won't be as big a money fight as Mayweather-Canelo. So Mayweather should take the fight with Trout now and maximize revenue on Canelo later. If Trout were to fight and beat Canelo the earnings for a Mayweather-Trout fight just won't be the same as a Mayweather-Canelo.

Or fight Bradley at WW and have Canelo fight Trout then face the winner.

    that remains to be seen.

but what has already been seen is that he has the dubious distinction of being the only champion to defend his title four consecutive times against non-ranked top ten opponents, defend his title agaisnt an opponent coming off two UD losses and the only champion to beat up a guy 10 weight classes below him in a street fight(archie solis).

to this point, that is what saul canelo alvarez has "accomlished."

what your insinuating regarding the future of canelo alvarez is nothing more than speculation.

Perhaps Floyd and his mid 30 year old body cant make 147 anymore then what? Floyd only fights at Jr Middle as long as the fighter is shot and on his way out what a punk *****.

when was the last time Floyd fought any fighter that was live? but I hear ya make excuses for the boy, its fans like you who kill the sport and give Floyd the justification he needs to duck the biggest fights out there.

Speculation based on his obvious level of skill and God given talent. He is still very young, and aside his shaky stamina (which I hope and I'm sure they will work on) he seems to be as gifted if not more gifted than most fighters around his division.
