    Selcuk Aydin

July 28th on Showtime according to Dan Rafael. So the guy calls out every top 140/147lb fighter but ends up fighting 'Mini-Tyson' :patsch. He should school the Turk who's really not all that.

That's not an awful fight IMO.

    Aydins gonna get whooped though.

If Guerrero hadn't talked all that and his PR guy sent a press release every 15 mins with a new quote I wouldn't mind.

Might be a better fight than we think.

 Ouch. I like Guerrero as a fighter. He does a little bit too much calling out for my liking but he's fun to watch. Man I wanted to see him fight Paulie and shut him up.

God help Aydin, with those wild swings he is going to be getting his face messed up.

...whats wrong with that. unbeaten fighter highly ranked who looks feeble. but ouali, iondan, bonsu where pretty good wins. pretty impressed the way he beat ion dan in the return still way too close but still.

good fight to be honest. not a great fight for guerrero in june...why not in 2 months get some fights in. not nearing ****ing august

Decent fight considering he's skipping out 140. The jump from 135 to 147 is significant, so it's probably wiser to face a 'decent' fighter before any of the bigger names. It's also to become Mayweather's mandatory, right? If so, I think this will work out well for Guerrero.

Bearing in mind he's fighting at 147, this is a very respectable fight.

Hope he gets battered, but he'll win a decision with ease.

Style wise Aydin is a bigger risk than Maliggnaggi, who people in the general forum were keen for him to fight. Aydin carries a decent whack and is number 1 at the WBC.

With Mayweather moving up to chalenege for the WBA at 54 doesnt that mean his WBC title is vacated? Or are the WBC choosing to make an exception?

Aydun punches very hard u feel every punch, that was when he was 60 kilo too very strong, but not the best boxer an easy to hit so if u can stay disciplined for 12 rounds it's a fight that can be made easy, He used to ko a lot as an amateur too, plus I thought he lost to a Romanian the first time he boxed him as a pro.

Rob was a champ at feather right? He keeps moving through the weights fighting ranked contenders but isn't taking on the big boys in any division. It's quite strange.

To be fair to Guerrero its not the worst fight in the world , most of the top 135 through to 147 lb'ers are tied up , whats he supposed to do

He goes in and schools Aydin he makes a statement and gets a relevant fight , i suppose its that simple , Aydin is not a joke either , he will make Guerrero work hard for everything , at an alien weight class too
