There is this other guy I once heard of who had 44 fights before he made his US debut. So give Khan a break hes making an effort. Its only his 24th fight he has plenty of time left to fight more dangerous opponents.

 

I'm gonna have to agree with this post. I'm not sure what Alexander has to do with Khan fighting Paulie. And didn't Alexander try to fight Kotelnik, a guy who lost to Khan? Anyway, Paulie was a hand picked opponent. However, it's a good fight for Khan and will raise his profile.

 

Because Malignaggi is an established name both in the US and here in the UK.

Nobody in the UK has heard of Alexander and probably wouldn't stay up and tune in to the bout

Alexander's best opponent thus far is Urango, there is no huge gulf in class between Urango and Malignaggi imo.

im from the uk and i like khan he is a quick talented boxer unlucky for him he has a glass chin he can only go so far to be elite and great u need to have a good chin don't hate on someone who is milking all the hype and money until he get's his lights turned out by a big banger like maidana i admire him for that
