So...any rumours/news about a possible Mundine v. Green?

I didnt misread i just didnt understand.

 

Lots of cash in Green VS Mundine rematch.

Would be better to see Briggs VS Green with the winner VS Mundine but Green wont want to risk fighting Briggs for under half the money he will get fighting Mundine.

Either way Green gets beaten but VS Mundine he gets lots more cash.

 

Yeah BUT without Green what money can Mundine make unless he steps up? His done his dash with taxi rides, it's ok to mouth off IF you have something to back it up with!

Depends on what you call good money...Mundine may have made $500,000 to $1,000,00 for that fight

 

They will talk it up over a year or two, build it up and then cash in IMO.

 

Not so sure about that.....they would want to fight while at least one of them has a title...a real title...so time is right before Danny gets beaten by another guy.

I think Danny will take a soft fight in March and Mundine VS Green 2 will be on in September 2008.

I hope I am right as it will keep Australia off Mundines back in 2008 and will set up a huge fight and a bigger payday than Green VS Mundine 1

There you have it folks, Mundine's bggest nuthugger has just admitted that Mundine fights these bums because it's safer than fighting true contenders while he waits until he can buy another title shot, and he makes lots of money out of it.

What a great day for boxing - ever notice how the money factor gets used as a defence when these nuthuggers can't actually defend Mundine's actions? :yep

 

I just think that Mundine (even more so his manager) would like to bleed his title for money by fighting easier opponent often than go down the hard road that builds a stellar career. Im sure you feel the same way.

 

I kinow he ahsnt got a proper title so no need to keep reminding me. What he does have is a little bit of bargaining power.
