I very truly believe that Oscar is TRYING to get Floyd to agree to terms.

I truly believe that Pac is ALREADY on board should Floyd not make the fight.

Best case scenario, Canelo wins vs either Floyd/Pac, while GGG makes defenses vs Jacobs, or Eubank Jr in late summer, then BJS late 2016, then again trying for Canelo for May of 2017, then onto 168 in August/Sept/Oct of 2017. :good

Is that actually in the cards here....in play....or is that just even more speculative?

Jacobs, Eubank, Saunders are the fights I want to see from Golovkin anyway. I don't care to see the GGG/Canelo mismatch. While it would provide GGG a payday, it provides a ****, one sided match for the fans.

After Jacobs and Saunders I hope he moves to 168 and don't even bother with Canelo in May.

GGG WILL negotiate with his WBA mandatory if the Canelo fight does NOT come to fruition for Sept.

However, it appears very likely that Pac will commit to 156 and that Floyd may as well, so we can almost forget about GGG Canelo for Sept.

However, with the WBA strengthening it tone this week, essentially FORCING Jacobs to fight GGG should the Canelo fight not happen in a "UNIFICATION"(keyword here), the WBA is prepared to ELEVATE Eubank Jr as their regular Champion should Jacobs drop his belt rather than meet GGG in ring, hence, the strong tone coming from the Eubank camp this afternoon.....(KEEP UP WITH ME, it's NOT COINCIDENCE).

Essentially, Eubank Jr has said, he will be the WBA champion before June 30th and he will fight GGG in late summer as his mandatory because Jacobs is ALREADY telling the WBA he is not yet ready to fight GGG.

Expect Jacobs v Harrison for the vacant WBA interim title coming to PBC on Showtime card soon.:good:good:good

That's on >YOU/ alone< thinking that Gennady Golovkin Vs Saul Canelo Alvarez is a "mismatch". DON'T KNOW HOW ANYONE COULD COME UP THERE! (don't even bother defending it. This ISN'T ARGMENT I need to play TENNIS WITH! For the sake of "Community" I CALL YOUR BLUFF. Simple & done..)

It's really hard to tell whether you're trolling or not dude. How do you possibly make a fight with a guy who's willing to pay you millions to not fight him?

It's certainly not a mismatch, particularly at 157, where Canelo will be stronger, faster, and have more endurance than in his previous fights due to cutting 10% less weight.

Canelo is good at setting traps, and GGG is one who doesn't mind walking into them on purpose.

GGG would almost surely use a similar plan A that he worked out in rd 1 vs Lemiuex, beating Canelo to the punch using his long jab, trying to get Canelo to come forward, while looking for openings for his hook over/under the guard and his R cross.

Could even see Golovkin get dropped, but Im of the opinion that this is a 70/30 fight in GGGs favor.:think

Is English a second language to you? (not a jab, just don't quite understand your wording)

To call a "bluff", something has to be on the line. What are you referring to?

And yes, Canelo/Golovkin is a mismatch. GGG is too big and too strong for Canelo. Also more skilled. Canelo has some hand speed on him and that's about it. It would be a one sided match where Canelo is broken down systemically by the 8th round.

By the way, I could care less what you want to or not want to discuss back and forth.
