    Beat canelo who is way better then Rodriguez? lmfao. Does people forget that after beating Cotto in a real good fight that Floyd change trainer which Floyd sr (Mayweather Jr father) replace Floyd Jr uncle Roger? With roger there, Floyd in his last fights with roger look old staying on the rope, not moving good with his legs but ever since Floyd sr has train his son, Floyd jr look like a prime young Floyd with his movement better, his defense is tighten up better. People talk about with roach help, cotto can beat mayweather but yet people ignored about Floyd sr which he can help Floyd jr beat cotto by being a better defender and better at cutting the ring which Floyd jr has been doing in his last 2 fights.

    Floyd Jr is a better defensive fighter now with his dad then he was with roger. New Improved cotto will get beat even worse vs the improved better Floyd.

    LOL i'm a huge Floyd fan myself but touché on that one... like anybody is claiming that Cotto will now beat Floyd cuz he beat up on D-Rod... nobody is even demanding this fight, though some might if Cotto can beat Canelo, and everybody SHOULD if he can beat Martinez at MW

    Most people in this forum wants to see a rematch and some feel cotto can win this time cause of roach as his trainer but forget about Floyd sr as Floyd jr trainer. Floyd improved just as better then Cotto improved.

    i'll say that the 2nd fight will look much different than the first fight because both guys are under new trainers. i thought floyd seriously turned back the clock by getting his pops in his corner....and i feel the same way about cotto. i think it would be an exciting rematch. who out there gives floyd a better challenge from 140-154?

    The rematch will be a good one but I feel Floyd with his movement, his tighten defense and way better crisp faster hands will be too much for a new improved cotto to over come.

    cotto didn't have problems with any of that in the first fight until he faded late. ppl believed that bull**** that floyd allowed cotto to get his...cotto is still an intelligent fighter. the difference being...he has an intelligent corner now who understands his capabilities. when cotto was fighting with pedro diaz...he was all over his front foot blocking punches and blinding himself. when he sat on the back foot and used head movement he made floyd miss more than he's ever missed before. under roach...he seems to be sitting on that back foot again and using head movement. even with floyds foot movement now, i think cotto will still be able to walk him down and take him to the ropes like he did in the first fight. i think cotto's chances of winning have improved dramatically and i'm not basing that on his knock out win over delvin. i'm basing it on his work with freddie. u can see all the changes in his stance...in his using that front hand to paw and jab....u can see it in the body punching. cotto still has high mileage on him...but he just received a major over haul.

    You are based on that fight win over Delvin lol. If Cotto is indeed back to his oldself then don't you think he should fight Trout again since Trout is the last fighter that beat Cotto before cotto change trainers?
