so I just joined a boxing gym for the first time I been skipping around 8 to 12 rounds of skipping I've never skipped in my life before but my legs hurt I know its cuz I'm building muscles in my legs but my question is should should I still be skipping 8 - 12 rounds tomorrow even with this pain? or would it be better to take the day off?
Take the day off and just do it the next day. That pain isn't you building muscles, it's your muscles being damaged. You have to rest to build them. Then do it over again (Though you may want to cut back on the amount until you're used to the exercise..
:rofl Sooooo true. I usually go 15-45 minutes straight, because I can't do any of that fancypants stuff yet. And because I like it more than running.
yea I tryed skipping as much as I could, at first I was skipping back words atsch so I had to learn how to do it the right way lol. but yes I guess I'm gonna take the day off but I hate taking day offs but I don't wanna **** my legs up. thanks broskies
