    LOL Holy ****,
i couldn't stretch this to smg that laughable. byrd was the innocent bystander being beaten up when klit tore his rotator cuff. my god how esb loves to try and change the history.

i fault vit for being a sissy and quitting. ive torn both mu cuffs. right twice complete tears. he could had just lost the remaining rounds while keeping byrd away with the good arm.

Except Vitali went on to become the most feared and dominant HW for the next ten years. Gee, how did that happen?

he chose not to fight on with a shoulder dislocation. smart move. longer its out of socket the worse the damage will be over time.

    Great call!! :good

Byrd should really get more credit for winning this fight. I had it 6 rounds to 3 for Vits, but many of the rounds were close. He made Vittles miss to the point of injury and only landed 8 less punches while giving up 35lbs in weight, 7 inches in height and 5 inches in reach. All that plus he he took the fight on a weeks notice AND in Germany to boot. All those things are pretty formidable obstacles to overcome, yet he did it and the German fans went crazy cheering for him and his "Rocky" like win.

Thats why I never understood why Vittles didn't follow up on his word and try to avenge this loss. It would have been a huge event in Germany given Vitaly's popularity and Byrds new found popularity there after his victory.

All credit to Byrd though for his win. To bad Wlad was to much for him....twice.

Vitali got a freak injury early in the fight and still dominated Byrd with one arm.

    Wlad destroyed Byrd twice.

Two armed Vitali destroys Byrd and you haters know it.

I know. I can't believe that a fighter can beat one fighter, but lose to a completely different fighter.

Unthinkable! Who can imagine that happening?

I've even heard rumours that sometimes, a fighter will lose to another one, and then beat him in the next fight. I highly doubt that though. These people call these mythical fights rematches. I think I'm more likely to ride a unicorn personally.
