By Taylor or Hopkins (Lord knows he wont fight Dawson because he knows he'll get humiliated so badly he'll never get another big fight outside of amsterdam again), we'll you be on here campaigning after the fight that Calzaghe ruined Kessler?

I agree that Kessler would probably lose to Dawson, but I think he can take Taylor. Taylor would give him more trouble than people assume, but I think Kessler would still win. Fighting Hopkins would be a stupid move on Kessler's part. Even if he wins, he won't come out looking good. Ask Taylor and Calzaghe about how much fun it is to beat Hopkins.

He gets his ass kicked by any fighter with good horizontal and lateral movement. Taylor would beat him easily but he struggles with his stamina and moving from side to side. He stayed infront of Pavlik and thats why he lost.

however as we saw against Calzaghe, Kessler struggles with the jab, and thats one of Taylors main strengths.

If/when Kessler beats Taylor, will you come on here and say he wasn't a natural supermiddle and he was already ruined by Pavlik?

    I'm betting you will.

Ask Taylor or Hopkins to call Kessler out. If Kessler declines then you have a point - otherwise not.

It was disappointing he turned down the idea of Dawson.

Taylor and Kessler will be made within the next year. Kessler fighting Hopkins seems less likely considering Hopkins still probably doesnt know who he is. Remember? "Who the **** is a Kessler?"

    My sentiments exactly.:yep

    :yep

That would mean that Joe's steller resumes would contain three faded greats with an average age of 40 in Eubank, Hopkins, and Jones, and two overhyped underskilled prospects In Kessler and Lacy and 40 bums:lol:

I wouldn't classify Eubank as an ATG - though he could possibly have been had he tried harder.

Like one of the UK members said; how many here have here have seen Kessler fight besides Calzaghe or possibly Andrade?... Has anyone seen any more fights than that?? Have they even seen the Sartison fight? The Haussler fight? Do some of these people really understand what will happen when Kessler faces someone as athletically gifted, strong, and forceful as he is? Do they understand what will happen when Kessler faces someone who can explode back with a counter right hand or monstrous left hook at the same time he's throwing his jab - with consistency? It won't be pretty.

Don't make Hopkins out ot be dumber than he is. Kessler is the Ring no. 1 and the one that put Calzaghe on the map for Hopkins to fight. I have heard that they are discussing the fight so it may get made.

What is it with people thinking Kessler is from Holland????????. Some other muppet called him a stiff Dutchman the other week there.
