the thing is I thought in NY they don't allow the trainer to bring in his own pads? Or is that in vegas? I know there is somewhere where the commission either provides the pads or that they make you construct the pad on the spot with layers of gauze. So if that's the case with the NYSAC then there's no way he had the plaster in teh Cotto fight. If its not the case then the ???? looms over this one.
