No trolling. Both Yuri Foreman and Sergio had gammy knees going into their fights against Cotto. That's just a fact. :deal

I don't even dislike Cotto. In fact I used to be a fan of his when he fought at 140 and 147.

Thats why I made $2500 and you guys make the excuses :lol::hi::hi:

Why can't you just admit that Yuri Foreman and Sergio both had gammy knees going into their fights against Cotto and that Cotto is ''The Gammy Knee Assassin''? I like Cotto, albeit less than I like Sergio, but I also like Golovkin more than both of them and I have no problem admitting that Sergio and his promoter Lucifer DiBella never wanted any part of Golovkin. That's the difference between being a fan of a fighter and being head over heels in love with them in a gay way. :deal

A 400 year old Olympic cyclist's knees would be in better condition than theirs were. :deal

You think Cotto would've beaten Foreman if his knee wasn't crook? :yikes

And you have the nerve to say IDKSAB? Get outta here, dude.

You still hurt over that? It wouldn't matter, Cotto would beat them anyways. Cotto just makes your knees wobble. Funny how most people pick Sergio by brutal ko.

I'm not hurt at all that Cotto beat either of them. Admittedly I'm a huge Yuri Foreman fan but I would have to dislike a fighter immensely to seriously begrudge them a victory over one of my favs. To do so would just be incredibly childish and petty in my book. The best man won on the night. Fair do's. Congratulations, Miguel. Still don't change the fact he beat up a man with a gammy knee though. :deal

But that's not Cotto's fault. He is just the fighter. If Yuri wasn't at a 100 percent, he should have never taken the fight.

Yuri didn't have a choice. Man's gotta put food on his table. Yuri is a warrior too.

I'm not blaming Cotto for them having bum knees. But if we're being honest with ourselves he won both his titles at 154 and 160 over opponents who had gammy knees and if Ward sustains a gammy knee and Cotto beats him for his WBA strap, then he'll become the first three weight Gammy Knee Assassin in the history of the sport. :deal

I bet you spent your $2500 winnings on a Miguel Cotto themed bedroom. Cotto wallpaper. Cotto carpet and rugs. Cotto matching pillow and duvet set. Cotto lampshades. And I bet you probably commissioned one of Puerto Rico's most celebrated artists to paint a portrait of your idol to hang on the wall too. :deal

It's a bit of a head scratcher...but maybe it will open up avenues to fights being made across the board for Cotto with the various promoters. Cotto needs to max out earnings potential...maybe this move does it for him...?

I thought Cotto would take sort of an interim type fight with a Rios or Bradley...a fight where he wouldn't take on much damage. I think his main plan is to fight the Money/Pac winner...and he will bide his time until that pans out. That is what he should do...he's earned it.
