If he is really clean, just sign a waiver for his results to be made public.

No need to debate. Afterall, he is not even subjected to random tesing, just sign the waiver.

What's wrong with signing a waiver now????

If he does not sign the waiver, he is a cheat. Afterall, isn't it the same reasoning that the resident idiots use in ESB to declare Pac is gu=ilty.

WHY CAN HE NOT SIMPLY MAKE AND SIGN A WAIVER TO SILENCE EVERYBODY, INSTEAD OF FLOYDETTES DEFENDING HIM TO HEAVENS.

I had not read that Hauser article until now......and those are some heavy accusations from Hauser.

Hauser is accusing the NSAC of a coverup involving DLH having tested positive for a PED.......

A different article by Marley suggests that this DLH drug incident was supposed to have taken place at a time when PED's in boxing as well as other major sports were not specifically prohibited........

To tell you all the truth......now that I've read that Hauser article, its quite possible that the NSAC does have knowleadge of DLH testing positive for a PED......

.....the reason the NSAC may not be disclosing it is that they dont have the right to, because at the time that DLH might have tested positive for them, they were not specifically banned in boxing at the time.

Somebody mentioned earlier in the thread that the NSAC made an announcement, I think Kizer, who said that DLH has never tested positive for PED's.....

I'm wondering if those are Kizer's exact words, or did he really say DLH has never tested positive for a banned substance?????
If its the latter, Kizer may be telling the truth that DLH has never tested positive for a banned substance, but it does'nt mean that DLH has never tested positive for PED's.......because according to Marley's article, the positive test may have been discovered but not made public because at the time boxing did'nt specifically test for PED's.

I'll tell you something, and its my opinion........but I dont give a **** whether PED's were specifically banned in boxing at the time or not.....the bottom line for me is that they were illegal for anyone to have.....which should make them illegal to use......

All I'm saying is that if DLH tested positive for them at a particular time, it should be made public for the world to know.

This issue with DLH may very well compare to baseball's issue before they were testing for PED's......
.......When baseball began to test for steroids, there was an agreement with the players union that those tests would not be made public....baseball was actually just testing players at random to just determine if there was a steroid problem in baseball.

.......some of those early tests by baseball have been leaked and since made public......of course we know that Alex Rodriquez, Barry Bonds, Big Papi Ortiz and Manny Ramirez were among those that tested positive in those early tests that were not supposed to have been made public.......there's alot more positive tests from baseball players from that era that has yet to be made public.

....so its certainly possible that the NSAC discovered this about DLH but at the time, had no right to report it to the public because their protocol did not involve testing for PED's.......
.....and if thats the case, imo if DLH wants to do boxing a service, he should come clean with it and admit whether or not he tested positive for a PED and at what time.

I use creatine... It's not a banned substance for ****s sake. You can get creatine through your diet by eating more fish.

I know fish should be a banned substance too :patsch

Which part of the article did you not understand?

The one that Arum was interested in are not lidocaine or creatine, but possible PEDS use. Those two are already given as something that Oskie used at one point in his career.

I understand that you and others as true fanboys are grapping at thin air to make a retired fighter look bad. Probably because your fanboy feelings was hurt because someone suggested that Paq was on the juice.

Throwing around loose accusations seem to be the norm from some posters.

I also understand that this thread is an ode to 6th grade bitchfights and should be condemned by the more serious posters of the ESB community.
