3 times is bending the world anti-doping protocol already. There is never going to be an athlete who will test positive using that protocol because the WADA only has 2 positive tests. But since this is outside the usual WADA protocol, and a privately funded testing protocol, I would not even doubt that tests would only be considered positive if it becomes positive 4 times.
Its not impossible but I highly doubt it. It would be suicide for the USADA to agree to a contract like this, if it did come out theyd be destroyed, their entire business relies on their integrity.
Surprised Mayweather hasn't been named King of the Philippines yet according to the *******s. He's smart enough and convincing enough if they want to push this agenda. According to *******s: Mayweather tricked the USADA into agreeing to cover up his positive tests, thus jeopardizing their entire operation for him. He managed to convince them that his fee is worth more than the money they make from the Olympics, PanAms, WorldAms and all the other sports and events they handle testing for and the amount of money they get from the US Government. All of that is worth risking for Mayweather. So how isn't he your King yet? If he can convince the top drug testing agency in the country to lie and cheat for him.
If anyone expects to see this story break into a full blown **** storm....don't hold your breath. It's creating a bit of buzz but you could produce a story about Floyd watching paint dry and it would get some media attention. This is nothing more than a story to create interest in a site, the writer or to help keep the interest in the potential match up between PAC and Floyd.. Any attention is good attention when it comes to pushing this fight. I'm doubtful it gets made but as a fan I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
