sorry to bring this up again guys, but i've heard so many different reports about it that i really don't know what actually happened. did pac agree to the initial deadline for odst and did mayweather try and ***** out by moving the goalposts again? because that seems to be what a lot of people were saying but then i've heard that pacs team never agreed to any form of odst. obviously floyd hasn't helped himself with going on vacation when pac's choosing an opponent, his racist rant and denying that the second round of negotiations ever happened, but i can't help but feel that there are holes in pac's story that have been overlooked because he's the good guy. so can anyone shed any light on this or have any proof one way or the other?

So we can get this party started.....of course he hasnt.....this is the FACTS

In the last talks or negotiations...whatever you wanna call it...they asked for 7 days....as we all know...thats not what is being asked.

In a media interview....Pac miraculously can take the test even between rounds...but somehow that hasnt made it to his "peoples" lips...because they again asked for 7 days......

Oh and before a certain group get they're panties all ruffled....yes Floyd is on vacation and no urge.

Pacquiao says he can take all the tests in interviews, but when they're negotiating they ask for a 7 day cutoff.
Floyd and his people still claim that Pacquiao hasn't agreed to testing sooooo
    you decide

Last I heard, Pac's team stated that Pac agreed to OST with a 7day cutoff, unlimited urine test up until the day of the fight, and an immediate blood/urine test after the fight.

With that said....If you still feel that isnt good enough to get the fight done, then you're more interested in what Floyd wants than the actual fight happening.
