too bad lil floyd doesn't go to espn headquarters, or anything, even elie, and have an interview himself to say "naw the midget never agreed to nothing"....i'd like to c where thing's go from there....you'd think it'd b so easy to just call the midget on his lies if he really was bs'ing

It was how you presented it and the time line. You are postnig that Pac agreed to one thing in an interview, and yet negotiating another, when one came after the other. You're being disingenuine, and either intentionally or out of ignorance to the matter.

You're right, THIS IS STUPID! 21, 14 days way too much time? 0 cut-off date? You're as crazy as Floyd! Haven't you realized Floyd got owned by his own OSDT testing bs. The Floyd-Mosley fight played out the way Floyd wanted it. They stopped at 18 days, that's as close to random as they can go. For safety reasons. Whether Pac agrees to 14 or 7 days, is moot and academic. 18 days and not 0 cut-off
is as low as the testers can accept as safe to draw blood. Since Pac has accepted 14, 7 days or whatever, it is now up to Floyd to just accept the results of the Mosely testing ending at 18 days as a cue for him to take the fight. There is no need for new negotiations for it is the OSDT testing that is holding the fight from happening. All he has to do is make the call.

I bet the fight was signed way back at the end of 2009 for a trilogy starting somewhere around either November 2011 or May 2012

the cutoff was 0 days, but they stopped testing at 18, but Mosley and Floyd didn't know that because is RANDOM.
That's how random drug tests work. They don't test you every day, but they say they'll test you randomly without telling you to keep you on your toes. FLoyd could have taken drugs 14 before the fight, but if he did, he was probably gambling and hoping they wouldn't show up and test him

That fight has set a precedent. Next time it would still be 18 days, unless of course Roger and Sr does the testing. No expert in his right frame of mind would risk his career testing 2 of the highest payed athletes in the world. Random ends at 18 days!

So team floyd is good for 14day cutoff and not with 7day?
Actually is there any ****ing good reason why floyd throw away his 14day cutoff?

He always wanted no cutoff and offered 14 just to compromise to make the fight happened. Manny refused it still and after the Mosley fight, I guess Floyd felt like he had enough leverage to get no cutoff and more money. Manny agreed to a 40/60 split and a 7 day cutoff so I guess he was right

Team Pac offered 7 days which looked like it was accepted by Team Mayweather, as well as the split, but there was another obstacle since shortly after the negotiations fell apart the 2nd time, Floyd made no point to include the testing, just mentioning details regarding his disinterest in fighting at the time, and that there weren't any negotiations.

MEANING, Team Pac was probably willing to go 0 days, but 7 days seemed enough for both parties. At that time, it was pretty quiet here on ESB (above in bold = hard to defend) until Koncz finally reveals some details during a Marg/Pac 24/7 episode about the cutoff at 7 days which since then seems to have been misinterpreted endlessly, thinking that that's as far as they would go, well why say 0 when both parties would agree to 7?

Only recently we've seen the Floyd camp begin to open their mouths again bringing back the old argument of the cutoff. Likely, he had been told to do so by an advisor who looks through forums or articles for die-hard fans to see how Floyd could save-face or whatnot.

There's a reason why people bring in vacation and urge in every osdt thread. :deal
