No Crawford backed out a week ago when he knew what was going on. It's not a duck.

    No

Arum is saving his next "superstar"

He doesn't want to put him in with Pacquiao to get beat up...

Make no mistake, Arum has orchestrated the exact scenario that he was looking for.

Sorry but TC doesn't belong at ww, most that are really the best 15 fughters, not any bogus rankings, the best 15 could beat him on any given day, the best 10 ww lay him completely out.

You can't have a grueling fight with Gamboa and a tight fight with Jean (both competitive) and expect any success at ww.. I know he comes in the 150's on fight night but almost a the ww today come in 160's fight night.. just too big for him. . It's possible he could put on some fight weight over the next couple years and try it then..

He's rushed, it'll end badly for him

I think it was more of a financial decision. Tim will generate more money even though Crawford might present a bigger challenge. I believe Crawford would be a better fight for the fans but more casual fans will buy a PPV having heard the name of Tim Bradley over Terrance Crawford.

I believe this.....but it was ultimately Manny's choice and he went the money route. It just so happened to work out for Arum. Crawford has a long career ahead of him and losing to Pac would stall his climb towards building a fan base that's PPV worthy.
