    Soto could've KO's Sugar Ray Ronbinson at 147lbs, within 3 rounds.

    Robinson was overrated who never beat a prime ATG, just B, C and D level no good brawlers.

    When Soto steps in the ring he's about 144 , 145lbs.

    He can move up to 147lbs and beat everyone there.

    Arum has full rights on Mosley's next fights.
    Thats why Arum made Mosley leave Golden Boy Promotions.

    Now Arum is gonna reward Mosley with big money PPV fights with rematches with Cotto, Margarito and maybe against Floyd.
    Mosley has seen and knows that Clottey and Margarito got rewarded for "throwing" their fights with Pac, and now its Mosley's turn to be rewarded.

    I agree with you, that Margarito "threw" the fight with Pac so that he can get re-licensed.

    But, Mosley did "throw" the fight too, for a big payday, and more lucrative fights down the road.
