Yes a young hungry fighter has a chance against old slow Vitali. But,Charr did struggle against Zach Page but got a gift against him.
So who knows. I say Vitali wins by late TKO or UD though to be safe.

If Charr was a no-hoper then HBO wouldn't show it. They passed on bums like Peter, Thompson, Sosnowski, Briggs, Solis and Mormeck. Haye was banned from HBO after his disgraceful floor flopping against Wlad. When HBO heard Charr was going to get a shot at the title the HBO executive floor went into a frantic hustle and bustle to get this fight broadcast live in the US.

That should tell you something. This fight is a genuine toss-up.
