Floyd is not Pacquiao he is a real fighter. Pacquiao likes to touch gloves a 1000 times and hug his opponents.

I dont like the thug Floyd even one bit, but this is just dumb. Ortiz was funking around instead of fighting. Floyd did the right thing; clocked him good.

Floyd did the right thing. He knew Ortiz was a gullible, naive, dumbass who has bad habits of dropping his hands and not protecting himself. He saw that firsthand at the weigh-in when Ortiz again, did not protect himself from Floyd entering his space, grabbing his throat...where are Ortiz's hands? Down at his side. I don't see half as much anger at Ortiz's BLATANT headbutt that cut Floyd's mouth, I'm sure his detractors probably were jumping up and down when that happened.

The only ones upset are the ones that hoped it was Mayweather laid to waste in the corner crumpled like Ortiz. Before the fight, all you heard was Mayweather could never KO Ortiz, it would be Ortiz KOing FMJ. Ortiz only showed what should have been obvious, he can't take punches well at any weight classes, doesn't have a good chin. He was stopped by a guy with "bad hands" and is "featherfisted"..I could see why FMJ hater's are so pissed.

Word. Buying time with false displays of 'sportsmanship' is one of the most disgusting and unmanly things a fighter can do. It's even worse when you've just tried to shove your face down the other guy's throat.

"Oh, I've had a life-changing revelation in the nanosecond between the time I headbutted you and the time I decided I was sorry. I now realize that what I did was wrong and I'd like to apologize by caressing you down."

are the same people crying now when ricky fatton did this to luis collazo. floyd has done this plenty of times. its not an illegal move so **** outta here. he did it to gatti, mosley and now ortiz. the ref says protect urself at all times for a reason. in a fight where a guys want to take eachothers heads off you cant expect a guy with all that adrenaline to keep it cool and not jump at the first oppertunity u see.

I was as disgusted by Ortiz for all the hugging and kissing he wanted to do afterwards as I was by his headbutt. Then being all happy with smiles after just made it worse. He might need to drop the Vicious from his moniker if he keeps that up.
