He’s dumb, regardless of what people may THINK Haymon probably pays very well. Also Eddie ****ed himself by saying how much money he has to spend

This. Haymon is very established in the United States while Hearn isn't. Also, Hearn didn't really do wonders for Luis Ortiz, who foolishly left Golden Boy for Hearn and all Hearn did was waste his time. Haymon got Ortiz a title shot while Hearn didn't.

Hearn also hasn't done anything of note with Jacobs. Besides his work with Joshua, who he's done an excellent job with he's somewhat unproven, so I can see why Mikey, Charlo Bros, and Spence are skeptical about suddenly putting their careers in Hearns hands.

Broner's career on the other hand has been going nowhere for years, so he actually doesn't have anything to lose with giving Hearn a chance if Hearn is actually offering him some money.

When the Arias fight came along, it was a running joke that Jacobs got more promotion during that fight, than he had ever before.
People act as Jacobs is some super star but they seem to forget that on paper, Jacobs most watched fight was Mora on ESPN where 1m tuned in.
Jacobs-Golovkin flopped on PPV as did Jacobs-Quillin on regular SHO(400K).

Lol, everyones just hoping for more money. Whether its for one fight or a 5 fight deal, lots of good US fighters will fight for Matchroom/DAZN, they are all going back to their managers/promoters now asking them to match matchrooms offer.

he's signed 4/5 world champions so far, depending on who they are (i presume 1 is Keith Thurman), that's not too bad.

How did he waste Luis Ortiz's time he was with Hearn for a few months, Scott fight was in Nov 2016, Allen fight in Dec 2016, by March 2017 Ortiz had signed with Haymon. So Ortiz was with Hearn for only 5 months and that was only on a fight by fight basis. Fact is Ortiz never gave Hearn a chance for Hearn to come good, or do you think Joshua should of fought a relative nobody in Ortiz instead of unifying with Wlad.

Ortiz didn't even wait to be named mandatory, he jumped ship to Haymon over 4 months before the mandatory was mandated by the WBA. Why would Hearn then pick a guy who jumped ship over Pulev/Takam, especially as Ortiz pulled out of a fight with Rossy in April with an injury so might not even have been fit to fight as he didn't fight again til Dec 2017, so was out of the ring for a full year. Also in July it was being reported that a fight between Wilder and Ortiz was being worked on, this was a full month before the WBA mandated the mandatory so pretty clear Ortiz had already chosen to fight Wilder instead of enforcing his mandatory, which explains why the threat of legal action in May to enforce a mandatory never came to fruition as Ortiz was no longer looking to fight Joshua. Fact is Ortiz never wanted the Joshua fight, he did nothing to make the fight. Didn't stick with Hearn, didn't wait for mandatory status to be mandated, he did everything to avoid being mandatory in fact.

Hearn has been humbled he’s a complete idiot, making outlandish statements and mocking US promoters. He just admitted in his latest IFL interview with Wingy that “a lot” have knocked him back.

The only ones he’ll sign are those who can’t fill an arena.
