    This is what I've been saying in a long time, The commission would've implemented the damn tests if it was really necessary.

    He has the chance to prove this, be he chose not to. Or he just can't because it ain't real. If he petitions to NSAC and if they agree it would be a checkmate. He can't run anymore

    Why wont Pacquiao take a blood test dumbass , you asking the same question over and over again aint gunna get them in the ring you know it solves nothing , its like this , if pacquiao took the test the fight would be done with already , but he didnt , why ? I dunno but I know If I was taking PEDS I wouldnt take a test.

    Random OSDT w/ 7 day cutoff, unlimited urine, and immediate blood and urine test following the fight.

    Now if you dont think this is enough to make the fight, then you're only interested in what Floyd wants and NOT the actual fight!

    Lets also not forget about how Floyd Sr is in fear for his sons life!

    no he did not , he agreed to take certain tests not ALL , and also how the **** do you know that Manny wants to fight ? You spoke to him personally yeh ? Noone really knows the background info other than team pacquiao and team mayweather so why not stop asking stupid ****ing questions about **** you obviously dont understand
