I don't even live in San Francisco, but whatever floats your boat partner. How very 1950s of you though to have your little ****phobia though.

Genetics only carry you so far, hard work and discipline are required to maximize potential. But you wouldn't know that because you're a street walking hooker, as you've already said yourself. :rofl

Just change your name to TJ Maxipad and be done with it. And change your manpon.

Genetics separate the contenders from the pretenders.

    That's the truth.

Anyone who doesn't believe that is ultimately lying to themselves especially as the strength and condition field is leveled.

You're always trying to justify your failures.

Well, I'm here to tell you the truth. You were born weak and you'll die weak.

No amount of lies you tell can change the truth.

Like I said: You're some couch potato who just talks ****. Genetics my ass. :rofl

Hard work and dedication is required to maximize gains. That is just reality "son."

I'm the last thing from a couch potato.

I just don't need to eat 7 times a day and take supplements.

Genetics is the main factor. Any top level strength and conditioning coach will admit that.

You assume that people with good genetics don't work as hard as you.

i'm 50 and ripped just from protein shakes and a ton of pushups & basketball. great genetics in that regard. well, i'm also prob one of the healthier 50 yr olds in the world besides that. no issues at all.

I have good genetics pal. But as I said: genetics only carry you so far. If you have a high metabolic rate, you have to eat. Working out takes fuel.

Stick to trying to be "gangster." :rofl

Man, your head is getting too big. You need to tone it back down. Back in the day, you were more humble even if you were rich as hell.

But remember, God can take everything you have away from you in a second.

He can take your entire athletic career in a heartbeat.

I know you rich as hell in your college, but you better not forget who's ultimately in control no matter how much money your parents have.

I'm just letting you know from experience. Don't let your head get too big.

And you would finish it walking like most steroid freak like you who abandoned their stamina just to bulk up.

You might even quit after the 20th mile.

Increase your protein intake, decrease your overall carb intake unless you are lifting heavy. Even if you are lifting heavy limit your carb intake to a certain level where it doesn't hamper you from getting gains while lifting weight.

Deleting a lot of carbs from your diet will put your body into a state called ketosis where your body will limit the storage of fat and actually burn it for energy. People who eat a lot of carbs and don't do cardio or use it for energy, its stored as fat (think sugar, high fructose corn syrup, enriched white bread, etc.) Net carb = total carb - dietary fiber. The net carb is the only carb that is absorbed by your body.

Before you drastically change your diet, I'd get a blood work and urinalysis done to make sure everything is normal. Then after 4 months on that diet, get lab tests done again to see if anything is off.

    My 2 cents.
