Exactly:lol:. If the posters on here who think every athlete is on PED's because they looked ripped could see some of my before and after's (of both myself and clients), they would claim we were on drugs that cost thousands of dollars:-(

When in reality, eat clean 80% of time, train smartly 80% of the time, a lot can happen in this wonderful machine called the human body.

LOL I'm 38 and look way better that this. He's just lean, with very little muscle. But this isn't a bodybuilding competition. I'm actually shocked when pro fighters aren't ripped. With all the cardio and training they do, its amazing that some of them barely show a single ab! LOL

They are both subject to the same testing for this fight. NO EXCUSES!!!

I agree there no excuses ..But I don't like the fact that Floyd is bulking up ..His boxing physique is what's maintained him for so long ..This could prove costly in the end imo ..I could see him cramping up or having an odd injury ..That's why I agree with Sr and his concerns with Ariza

If Mayweather doesn't come into the fight giving himself his best chance of winning, then's that's on him. If Pac beats him, then he is simply the better fighter. Nothing else to be said.

Personally that's never been a concern for him when is he ever not in tip top shape ? My concern would be over training ..

His people have been doing this for a long time. They should know what they are doing. Pac can only fight the guy in front of him in the ring. If Mayweather loses, he loses. Nothing else to be said.

I found a few issues with the diet:

    1. There is no such thing as a healthy cereal, sadly. I could dig up the peer reviewed article if you'd like, but the point was that there are additives in even the "healthy" brands that do their damage unseen. I would recommend substituting the cereal with oatmeal.
    2. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for a reason. It is the time when our metabolic rate is at it's peak, because we just fasted for 7+ hours. It is the time to eat the most calorie-intensive meals since it will be burned off more efficiently now than during the day. I would recommend having a big breakfast, and not removing the egg yolk from the eggs.
    3. those "0 calorie" labels are grossly misleading. They create an illusion of safety when in reality, they are quite unhealthy. Calories are a good thing, as long as they come from a natural source. Just as an example, aspartame is used as a zero calorie substitute for sugar, and its list of side effects includes being a carcinogen and being toxic in moderate doses. Also, watch the oils, Canola oil is notoriously bad for you.

Last but not least, the burritos...so good but so easy to let them get out of hand, calorie wise.

I actually think you might not be eating enough. As paradoxical as that sounds, sometimes not eating enough is what keeps you from reaching your fat loss goals. I eat as soon as I feel hungry, and trained my body to know that whenever there is hunger, there is food. That sends a signal that there is no need for extra fat storage. Definitely try going for heavy weights/little rest in between sets, and take some measurements. You will be pleasantly surprised ;)
