    Floyd is not officially the WBO champ. He has until July 3 to pay the WBO the 200K sanctioning fee from the Pacquiao fight and vacate his JMW titles. If he does that, then he is the WBO champ. Bradley and Vargas will fight for the interim championship while Mayweather decides.
