This is a flawed rule, that many fighter like to take advantage of .
True boxing fans knows this is one of the most backward rules ever. It was created to keep fighter safe from dehydration but instead is has cause more injuries then dehydration ever could.
By allowing fighter to cheat the scale and fight weight they are not fit to fight in nor should then be allowed.

Any fighter that blows up 10 to 20lb over the contracted weight limit is cheating the system and abusing the system.
At this point it no deferent from **** fighting or pit dog fighting, where trainer pull ever trick in the book to gain an unfair advantage.

A good suggestion then is for the boxing commission to set a rule for dehydration/ and rehydration limits from weigh in to fight night for health and safety considerations and avoid undue advantages

that's where the rumor (which theftjr's side never disputed) of madona getting paid to wear pillows as reported by espn.

also hype**** corroborated the issue by reporting madona's contract was being revised, mostly to reflect additional payments.
