It's legal everywhere. Nevada isn't an exception; it's the same as everywhere else.

it may be illegal in some states but it was still legal and nevada, floyd is only abiding by the rules, had floyd used it in other states then you can say he cheated but he didn't. Rules are rules and floyd has abided them.

Everybody knows he apparently used this stuff before and it's legal, so how is this cheating? As long as you don't use it during the fight there is nothing wrong with it. He obviously doesn't use it during fights, because we've actually seen him hurt his hands during several fights. If he was using it he wouldn't feel the pain, because it's basically a numbing agent (my mother uses the same stuff).
