again, i see you cannot read nor think

the one state claim is fallacious

also, of all the states in the USA, texas is the one with the most blatant and ridiculous bad decisions

in case you forgot, floyd offered to fight Pac in CA, but guess what, CA has random drug testing...uh oh

Texas leaves testing up to the promoter...incidentally texas announced that no test would be required. No shocker that Arum saw no need for the test.

It's not only legal in only one state, and doesn't Texas not drug test or something?

since he has gone missing, i guess we'll never know

i can't seem to find any documentation supporting his claim

    i looked here:

    http://www.license.state.tx.us/sports/sportslaw.htm

but it only ask for 1 blood test, and it's for Hep B + C and HIV

maybe i am looking in the wrong place

Look at this...its at the discretion of the Executive Director...but in actuality the decision it up to the discretion of the promoter

Texas does not have mandatory drug testing....

Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 61-30 (P) States

The Executive Director may order a drug screen at any time for good cause. If a drug screen is performed, the contestant is responsible for paying the costs of the drug screen.

LMFAO! Haters gotta hate! the guy takes time of to let his body heal (hands) and everyone says he ducked everyone. Now they claim he cheats for using a drug that is legal and no proof of him (even in this video PBF or his camp never says he took it) taking it.
