Francisco was trying to leave the house because she felt Gamboa was cheating on her, she told police. The couple began to argue, when Francisco told Gamboa that she was taking their young son with her, police said. That's when Gamboa allegedly grabbed his wife's arm and then the back of her neck to stop her, the arrest report stated. Police said she had several scratches and redness on her arms and neck from the incident.
Gamboa admitted to police he tried to stop his wife from taking their son, and he was arrested.

Never mind looks like his lawyers are real good and the charges were dropped.

I think he should be forgiven, given that he didn't want to be tied down to TR and Ohner.

I will never forgive the way he handled the whole mess.At the end he missed a whole productive year at the pick of his career.
Neither should you forgive Rios lack of professionalism for showing overweight his last 2 fights.
