No he doesn't, he's a Middleweight who should stay there till the time is right to move up. You just continue to troll online.

    :good

Lee is a decent opponent for 3G. Macklin, Stevens, Lee ? and Proksa are 3G's best wins on his resume.

I won't be surprised if Chavez Jr will struggle to make LHW category.

Lets get some logic in here. GGG is a high risk/low reward fight for the other top guys in his division. Nobody want's to fight him without getting "offered a lot of money" as you say. But GGG can't generate that kind of money because he doesn't have the fame with casuals YET that comes from beating top guys. This is called a catch 22.

He can only keep fighting whomever he can get in the ring with and keep winning impressively until he generates enough exposure and hype that there is enough money or fame to cash in on that it lures out someone truly challenging. Hype for an up and coming fighter is a good thing... Until the guys you want to fight to break into the top buy it too.

    .

He gasses after 5-6 rounds, has no defence and gets hit far too much and too easily.
He is woefully inadequate at this level.
This fight (if it ever happens) will only end one way.
    Pointless stupid fight.
What good will a crushing ko do for Andy?

Fighters are human. Humans have emotions. Fear is an emotion.
Fear of physical pain or being embarrassed while 1.x million people watch is a real thing.

    Yes, he is.

The point you are arguing, which is also quite valid, is that GGG is a horrible opponent for Lee. :yep

Even though it can only end one way (violently and heartbreaking for Lee) it still helps Golovkin dig partway out from the hole that has swallowed him up the last couple of years, where his every move is put under a microscope and his opposition scrutinized perhaps more than any other champion lacking the name Mayweather or Klitschko.

Lee isn't a good opponent for GGG in the sense that he will push him, test him, challenge him, anything like that. He is a good opponent in the sense that he is a top middleweight (or at least was, for some time, and still has enough of a 'name' to photo-bomb the group, even if only as the creeper lurking in back of everyone with a shot of whiskey in each hand and sporting a goofy grin) and is the kind of guy who, back when Golovkin was first starting out, before there was any hype or hatred (before mainstream fans knew he existed) the kind of guy that diehards would say "Man, if and when this Golovkin ever gets embroiled in big fights, it would be awesome to see him in with the likes of: (Lee, N'Dam N'Jikam, Jacobs, Sturm, Pirog, Abraham, Pavlik, whoever the reigning titlists and hot new things were)"

Yes, Andy has fallen off a bit and Golovkin vs. Lee isn't as appetizing as it would have been in 2011 or so...but it's still up there with the best choices Golovkin can make right now. Lee may no longer be a top 10 h2h MW, but he isn't too far off and is more of a name than many ahead of him. (and following discursive hater logic, if Golovkin faced a top h2h guy he would be slated for not taking on a "name"...really the # of available contenders who satisfy a juxtaposition of both qualities are numerable on a single hand with digits left over...)

Why on earth would a fighter look at GGG and his record and think 'Nah, **** that' ?

    Who has he beat?

It's easy to look good when you are not fighting good opposition. I've lost count of the amount of fighters that are hyped to ****, with claims that others in their division are ducking them, and then as soon as they've stepped up they have either been schooled or knocked out.

Lee was outboxing Chavez and ahead on the cards prior to the stoppage, and he wasn't "KTFO"... Based on Chavez how has looked recently I would pick Lee to win a rematch handily... For those who question GGG's opposition, who else do you expect him to face? Quillin and Sturm don't want to fight Sergio is out... Geale is also ducking. GGG is cleaning house at MW, beating all of the best non-title holders while sperm and pen quill duck him.
