So, going into 2017...

    1) Which proposed big fights can you see still not happening?
    2) Who will the break-out fighters be?
    3) Who do you see having a rough year (promoter/coach/fighter etc)?
    4) Who do you see being undisputed champ (or as close to it as possible) at each division?

    I can see Danny Garcia having a rough year.

    1) Father/Coach-Son relationships are being banned in the sport
    2) Thurman will KO him
    3) Postol and "Bud" beat him if he goes back to 140

    I think Kell Brook will have a huge year. So will Joshua, Parker, Gonzales, Loma and maybe GGG.

    I think Canelo will have a rough year.

    I see, and this is a curveball, but I see Haye being VERY close to undisputed HW champ at the end of the year. The fight between him and Joshua makes huge financial sense and I seem him cleaning AJ's clock.

    Wtf. Why are father/coach-son relationships being banned?

    Golovkin, Loma, Usyk, and Joshua will have a good year.

    Kovalev will have a bad year.

    Kovalev-Ward 2 may not happen. Ortiz and Rios may not happen. I'm not hopeful for that fight but if it does happen I may fly out to see it. I think we'll actually get Golovkin-Canelo. Brook may have a bad year if he stays at WW.

    Haye undisputed? So he will fight AJ, Wilder and Parker I'm 12 months? And pick up a WBA belt somehow too?

    That's the craziest prediction I've seen in a long time, a guy who has fought de mori and jar jar binks since coming back and is soon gunna fight the weakest cruiserweight champion atm, is suddenly gunna go on an ATG run in the space of a 9 months?

    2 Megafights in 2017, and they're 4 different fighters -- boxing is going in a good direction.

    Canelo will have the best year in boxing he's ever had
    Joshua will emerge as a superstar

    You'll see.

    Josh will clean up and face Haye towards the end of the year. Haye will snatch MOST of the belts.

    Good shout on Usyk! He'll breakout this year in a big way, IMHO. He'll have some dominating performances.

    I can see Kov having a good year. If he beats Ward and Bieter, that's a tremendous run.

    Sadly I can see this happening too ... the better you are, the worse your resume is as no one will fight you.

    Bad year for Garcia, BJS, Jack, and H. Fury. There's a chance each one falls into irrelevancy.

    Crawford doesn't fight a top 147 name

    We don't see Wilder in a big fight nor do we see fury come back.
