Mosley-Mora is up next for GBP. It's always interesting listening to how Schaffer tries to justify putting this on PPV. Even he knows its bull****. They're trying to make it some type of event by arranging festivities. What's next GBP? Juan Diaz Vs. Rocky Juarez at a catchweight on PPV with some more recycled GBP fighters on the undercard?

That advertisement for the fight was funny as hell.

"Vargas couldnt do it, DelaHoya couldnt do it, Margarito couldnt do it...could Sergio Mora be the one to stop Shane Mosley?"

Sergio Mora couldnt hold the jock strap of those other fighters who "couldnt do it".

GBP is running out of fighter, once Mosley and BHOP quits. JMM is on his last legs.
God theyre be nothing left, this is precisely the reason they allow Floyd to treat them like doormats.

I wonder if you same cry babies make these threads of all the bull**** PPV's top rank puts on like Latin fury 14 or Pinoy power 3. How about Tua vs Barrett?

It's an all Mexican card with Mora vs Mosley, Saul Alvarez, Victor Ortiz and Abner Mares. Nobody is forcing you to buy it or even stream it which you will most likely do.

they're putting this on ppv? garbage

that doesn't mean you should condone it. this is terrible for the ****ing sport, who's gonna be able to watch this. Everytime someone not into boxing asks me where all the new stars are i have no answer to them, and this **** is why, because they're fighting bums on some absurdly overpriced latin durp durp durp ppv for like 50$.

Tonights PPV wasn't bad because I was interested in the Card. I literally have next to zero interest in the Mosley Mora fight. I'll check boxrec to see who wins and thats about it.

All of you guys are missing the boat. The real question should be is it an HBO PPV or a GBP PPV?

If it's an HBO PPV then that's terrible, but if it's a GBP PPV well then that makes sense because no other networks wanted this fight so then GBP would have to make it a PPV. That's the only way people would be able to see.

That's just basic Boxing business 101. Common sense.

Mosley wanted to make the fight against Berto but Berto wouldn't come down from a 50/50 split. The next fight was made against Mora and HBO passed on the fight, if the fight isn't on PPV it's not going to happen. We would all have wanted maybe Mosley vs Williams or against Berto but this was the fight that was made and the card might turn out to be alright. Much better then Donaire fighting a Mexican midget who doesn't have a chance in hell or Chavez jr fighting one of his endless bums.

The card might turn out okay, the fighters on it are good, but the fights will be ****. This is the problem. Shitty fights. latin fury ppv's are pretty much a compilation of prospects fighting mostly worthless bums. Nobody in their right mind wants to actually pay to watch that ****. I'll take Donaire beating on Marquez over something like this anyday.

and **** mosley for being so goddamn greedy. he is ****ing 40, he should be fine with 50/50 at this point.
