He's called him out because he knows what Haye is up to. For over a year the guy did nothing but call out and badmouth the Klitschkos...the second he got his belt, utter silence. The Klitschkos no that Haye is content just ducking them...collecting his big checks by fighting nobodies in the UK and falling back on his production company. Right now, we are looking at a Valuev rematch, winner of the Kali Meehan Chageave, and maybe even Audley Harrison. Then Haye will likely call it a career.
Notice how Ruiz and his management deliberately avoided punchers for all those years. Really, name me one legit puncher that Ruiz faced in between Tua (14 years ago) and Haye? Coming up blank.
