I said earlier in this thread,no one has proved he wasn't injured. He certainly didn't look like a quitter in his two fights before Dawson. At least not to me.Would you concur?

So who is a better fighter? Glen Johnson or B-Hop? cause clearly Father Time has caught up with Johnson! Not B-Hop! And for B- Hop to win the LHW belt against a Tough fight in JEan! Goes to show you the man got it still!

I totally agree! I just wanna know from these people who say B-Hop would get hurt, beat up, Blah blah blah because His skill set is still amazing for a 46 yr old! and he is the WBC LHW champ by no FLUKE!

Not just saying this because he beat My Fighter to a pulp!

I don't think anybody can beat hopkins to the pulp and outbox him really bad for 12 rounds but i defintly think that Bute could have a chance to Knock him.

If Bute learn something in the last 2 years fighting (what most of you calling bum) it's to be ready to eat some leather to get a massive counter left on his opponent. I don't think Hopkins got the power to avoid Bute counterpunching!

Its a win Lose-Lose situation no matter what!

when Pavlik Lost people said he wasn't Good anyways even though they were the ones predicting Pavlik to KO B-Hop instead of just saying. "wow! B-Hop still got it!"

You don't have to worry about that. No chance Bute fights Hopkins. None.

People are stupid and forget really quick , Pavlik was at the time the undisputed MW champion and nobody can say otherwise.

But KP was smaller and didn't have the style to deal with Bhop. Hopkins diserve all the credits for that win and he really surprise me.

    Pavlik's style vs Hopkins

    vs

    Bute's style vs Hopkins

    ...two VERY different fights.

Whoever Bute fights next, cocksuckers like Alien will ALWAYS find the negative in the situation and put emphasis on that and that only.

Quitters do quit when things getting difficult not when they're winning. he didn't quit against Pascal because Pascals an amateur with stamina for three rounds, featherfisted, green and a sucker for his right hand. Hopkins knew he'd be competitive and come out victorious. the reason he quit against Dawson was that he didn't want the world to see him getting beaten up and retired. also who cares whether he possibly got some scratch. the ringside doc found that the injury was not serve enough to warrant a stoppage. the ref asked him if he wanted to fight on, the fight didn't continue. What else do we need to know? textbook quitjob.

I never compared styles! and was referring that Kelly Got Called a Bum and wasnt good because he lost to a 43 yr old man at the time! There is no shame in losing to a Bernard Hopkins! The Man is a HOF'er!

I just saying its a Lose- Lose For BUTE if he fights Bhop and Wins or Loses! Haters are always going to hate!

And Since B-HOP Made it Public he wants BUTE. And If BUTE doesnt Fight Him! There will be 10 Threads saying BUTE DUCKED B-HOP!

I doubt B-HOP needs Money! But if anyone can study Film and figure out how to beat a Fighter, Its B-HOP!

You can tell from my time being on here i disliked BUTE. As i began watching him more closely i realised the man has skills but never got to use them on a DAMN GOOD fighter! and it is more his TEAM's fault than it is anybody elses! B-Hop would be the best BUTE HAS ever fought even at 47 yrs old!

Umm no. If he fights a top fighter he gets respect. He hasn't yet, so my criticism is justified.

There is no chance Lucian Bute will fight Bernard Hopkins at 175. None. And I think what's worse is that deep down you know it.

What's the official word on Hops shoulder? I wasted $100 dollars going to that fight.
