I edged the first to Sonnen, the second was Bisping's, and Sonnen took the third. Based on how you saw the competitive 1st, 29-28 either way is fair.

If anything, Bisping has legitimised himself as a genuine top 185lber by competing so well with the consensus no.2 in the division. Get him back in the win column by feeding Maia to him.

I wanna' see Palhares-Weidman. The winner of that vs the winner of Bisping-Maia, winner takes on the champ' (Silva will blast Chael this time methinks) although Munoz will be back in the frame soon enough I'm not sure howw he'd fare at the very top, still not sold on him to be honest.

I'm sure Zuffa will make it interesting however it pans out.

Yeah Bisping's career has only been helped by this fight. Not only do a lot of people think he beat the consensus #2 guy in the division, but he helped the UFC out by stepping in on late notice to save the day. He's only solidified his status as a top guy and go-to man for the company. And the way he handled himself after the fight won't hurt either.

Bisping will never be champion. Career gatekeeper at best.

I give Bisping one and two. Sonnen took three. one could of went either way in my opinion not a robbery. The 30-27 card was the thing I had a problem with. If that judge couldn't see the 2nd for Bisping he needs a new job. With it only being 3 round fights you can't afford to make those mistakes.

Bisping was impressive but Sonnen fought the wrong fight looked happy enough to trade for the first 2 rounds. The third looked like the Sonnen I expected even then Bisping done well off his back I thought.

Bisping vs Munoz would be a good fight

Bisping 1 and 2, Sonnen 3. That's what any human being who has watched at least 1 MMA fight in the past would have scored it. However, throw in politics and $$$, you get what we got last night. Real fight with a fake result.

Wow, at 75% a rematch might have to be in order somewhere down the line. Even immediately. Give them a whole camp to prepare for each other.

The first round could have went either way, Bisping did not clearly win that round.

To be honest.. I think if it were a 5 rounder, Bisping would have been smothered and contained for the remainder of the fight.. Not ground and pounded.

I just rewatched the first round and I think Sonnen took that round. Nothing much happened the second half but Chael got the better of him for the first half and did land shots when he had Bisping down. Bisping didn't much either so I don't know how people on here are acting like it was a robbery.

I thought Bisping got screwed over in this fight but no way did he get ripped off losing to Wandy. Twice was saved by the bell.
