One thing for those touting Bisping's superior striking to consider is that he never had Chael backpedalling at any stage. He never established a range, he was always trying to fight Chael off him or keep him trapped against the cage. He never made Chael hesitant to come forward and attack. :hat
To be fair though Bisping is always fighting off the back foot. Not too many times I've seen him trade with anyone or stand in range always moving back. I did expect a bit more from him against Sonnen though. His striking isn't great but its very effective in terms of winning rounds.
