Chisora will win by a decision, unless Johnson finally uses his talent, but he is just way too lazy. I expect him to just lie on the ropes and cover up the entire fight.............

 

One of them uses something called workrate. The other does not.

Johnson will be more active than he usually is. He's often inactive because he's a pure counter puncher and if an opponent boxes him like Fury and Vitali he doesn't have the opportunity to counter and so doesn't throw. Chisora will come right at him so Johnson will have plenty of opportunities to counter.

Style wise this is a better match up for Johnson. But Chisora is a proven world class fighter, when he has fought top fighters he's always given a good account of himself even when losing, unlike Johnson who always gets exposed as the gatekeeper he is with disappointing performances.

Johnson lacks the footwork to keep Chisora away, he has terrible, terrible footwork. I doubt he will throw enough to win on points as this new leaner Chisora showed tremendous work rate in his recent fights. Johnson's only chance is to catch Chisora coming in and stopping him but that's a remote possibility. I see Chisora stopping Johnson in about 8-9 rounds.

 

I'm betting on Kingpin to pose and make silly faces all night.

Kevin "Frozen" Johnson will freeze again and cruise to UD loss.

 

Johnson is a lazy ultra-defensive boxer. Chisora will out-work him to a UD.

 

I thought much the same as this prior to Johnson Hammer who is basically a much, much worse version of Chisora. Opportunities will certainly be there for Johnson to counter all night but I just don't see him doing enough. Hammer was there for the taking and he did **** all, the bare minimum. Even though I though he nicked that fight you simply can't take those chances away from home. I could see a dodgy stoppage win here for Chisora after throwing a lot of unanswered flurries. Either way Chisora will build up a huge lead on work rate alone.

 

If Chisora doesn't score a knockout then his stock will fall.

 

I don't agree. Johnson wasn't knocked out by Vitali nor Fury. Chisora isn't renowned to be a huge puncher. Nobody expects him to KO Johnson. Chisora will cruise to an easy UD.
