    Glazkov vs. Martin joke fight
    Wilder vs. Szpilka mismatch
    Haye vs. DeMori travesty

"HW is getting exciting again". Truth is its horrible.

Has potential to be great, sadly the powers that be protect their fighters to much so we as fans don't get to see the big fights happen. Just mismatch after mismatch.

Can't wait for Joshua and Parker to mature and take over this pathetic heavyweight landscape.

Heavyweight division is exciting again because of the fights that are going to happen in 2016 and 2017. Not because of the fights that have recently happened. Plus americans have their two paper champions so we can now see the heavyweight division being hyped again across the pond.

Overall I'm liking the current heavyweight scene but for more what will happen soon rather than what has occurred of late.

Wilder has his mandatory with Povetkin, Haye has returned and will likely be a factor this year and a potential all UK clash with Fury is almost inevitable, if both keep winning. Then with Parker and Joshua likely stepping up this year the next couple of years at heavyweight could be exciting.

What I don't get is how people think that these heavyweights could compete in any era simply because of their size. These current heavyweighs aren't as skilled as Jack Johnson.

I don't like the Haymon influence so far. People knock Wlad for being boring which I understand but he consistently fought quality opponents and his bouts were scored fairly.

Martin did not deserve a title shot.
    Neither did Wilder.

And the scorecards for Arreola, Breazale were way off and had last nights fight gone the distance it was headed that way again.

I like Parker so I hope he gets fast tracked to good fights and while I don't think Fury is all that he is amusing.

You wouldn't happen to be from Europe, or adopted by the U.S. would you?

Nope proud American. Watching the sport for 35 years. Like Jennings, but outside of him I can tell the American heavyweight scene is pretty poor right now. Also don't agree at all with the scorecards or the matchups that PBC has offered in the heavyweight division so far.

Like many (including myself) predicted, once Wlad loses/retires, the division will become a clownish jircle-jerk of ABC titlists who hand-pick their opponents and try to milk their paper-belts.

Martin will fight Wilder-level bum opponents milking his IBF belt. Wilder will keep doing what he's always been doing. Fury unifiying is the only hope here really to keep the worst matchups from materializing.

    100% agreed with 1st and 3rd.
100% disagree with the 2nd. (it was a good, close fight before the KO)
